Asset Exchange of Oklahoma, L.L.C. ("AX0") is a privately held limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Oklahoma and a member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, a national organization of Qualified Intermediaries. The founders and principals of the company are licensed attorneys, each of whom have more than 25 years of experience in real estate and associated legal matters.

Lindsay Bailey R. Lindsay Bailey is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (B.A. 1973) and the University of Oklahoma College of Law (J.D. 1976). Following service as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, he began the practice of law in Norman, Oklahoma where he has remained active since 1979. His clients include title companies, local governmental entities and financial institutions, as well as individuals and businesses.

Mr. Bailey is a member of numerous professional legal associations and is licensed to practice in Oklahoma state and federal courts.

David Poarch David A. Poarch is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma (B.A. 1973) and the University of Oklahoma (J.D. 1977). Following service as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma, for more than 10 years he engaged in the private practice of law representing individuals and businesses in a variety of matters. In addition, immediately prior to joining the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1997 as Assistant Dean and Adjunct Professor, he served for several years as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for the Oklahoma subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company. He is also a licensed real estate appraiser.

Mr. Poarch is an active member of numerous professional legal associations and is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma state and federal courts. He also serves as an active elected member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Board of Governors, 2001-2003.
